We had never done yoga before and signed up for 30 days. We will be continuing! Everyone is so friendly. We felt relaxed and weren’t intimidated. They have water bottles and healthy snack bars and fruit available all the time, what a nice touch to help you be healthy!

I was a little nervous going in as a beginner, but everyone has been so welcoming. I have thoroughly enjoyed each class and look forward to many more.

I adore the studio. The asthetics and vibes are amazing, and every class or workshop I've been to has been nothing short of that as well. So happy to have such a great studio nearby!

Falls Yoga and Barre is a wonderful space serving to bring yoga and barre to the community. The owner and staff are welcoming as is the studio. Josie teachers a fantastic challenging yet accessible class as do many of the other teachers. A wonderful place!
