Hot power flow

Get ready to challenge your mind and body with our Hot Power Flow class. This class is designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving, as you connect your breath to dynamic movements that will increase your strength, flexibility, and balance.

Vinyasa, is a dynamic style of yoga that is characterized by its fluid, fast-paced movements. In this class, you will move through a series of poses, each synchronized with your breath, to create a continuous flow of movement.

To enhance your practice, we use infrared panels to heat the room to a temperature of 90+ degrees. The heat will help to increase your flexibility, warm up your muscles, and detoxify your body. As you flow through the sequence of poses, you will sweat out toxins and leave feeling energized and rejuvenated.

Tone + Flow

This class is suitable for all levels, as it combines strength training with a dynamic vinyasa flow. Its aim is to improve your overall fitness and build muscular strength using a variety of tools including free weights, resistance bands, and body weight exercises.

During the class, you will be engaged in a series of dynamic movements that are designed to challenge and strengthen your muscles. The use of free weights and resistance bands ensures that your muscles are consistently engaged and challenged throughout the class, resulting in greater muscle strength and endurance.

In addition to building strength, this class also incorporates a vinyasa flow sequence that is designed to lengthen your muscles and increase your flexibility. This flow sequence is a series of continuous movements that are synchronized with your breath, resulting in a meditative and calming effect.
