Hot power flow

Hot Power Flow is a strong, challenging class designed to build heat, endurance and confidence in your body. Expect powerful sequences, longer holds and dynamic transitions that challenge your strength, balance and focus.

To enhance your practice, we use infrared panels to heat the room to a temperature of 90+ degrees. The heat will help to increase your flexibility, warm up your muscles, and detoxify your body.

In a Hot Power Flow, students can expect a strong, steady sequence including Sun Salutations, Warrior variations, lunges, balance poses, inversions, arm balances and core work.

Best for students seeking a challenging, heated, yoga experience. The class finishes with Savasana for a balanced, full-body experience.
