A four-week beginner series to help students to learn the proper alignment for the most common poses ( Asana) that you will encounter in a yoga class. Working through any injuries, flexibility concerns, and finding your own practice that best suits your own body. Kim has specialized in many years of teaching students a safe but strong foundation for their practice. All levels are welcomed, and it’s a great refresher if you're getting back to your practice.
