I am incredibly excited and deeply honored to guide you through this transformative journey. My yoga practice began nearly a decade ago, and from the moment I first stepped onto the mat, it was pure love. Since then, I've devoted my life to living and breathing the yogic path, embracing its teachings in all aspects of life.

From an early age, I knew I wanted to inspire and uplift others—it’s what truly lights me up. A quote that has guided me throughout my journey and led me to my purpose of helping others do the same is:

“Nothing is more practical than falling in love, in a quite absolute final way. What you are in love with, what seizes your imagination will affect everything. It will decide what gets you out of bed in the morning, what you do with your evenings, how you spend your weekends, what you read, who you know, what breaks your heart and what fills you up with joy and gratitude. Fall in love, stay in love and it will decide everything.”

I fell in love with yoga and the sense of peace, purpose, and community it brought into my life. My wish for you is to find what you are seeking and to move closer to your true purpose along the way.
